This Marlin manufactured receiver is for the model 99 semi-auto rimfire rifle and is in good condition retaining most of its original black finish with light wear and blistering. This receiver does not have the serrated lines on the scope mounting rib nor does it have the hold open notch on the inner left side wall but it is factory drilled and tapped for a receiver peep sight on the left side. This is the only part on the model 99 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.  (file photos)
