This Marlin manufactured third variation barreled receiver is for the model 99C semi-auto rimfire rifle and is in very good condition retaining most of its original blue finish with light wear. The third variation receiver has the serrated lines on the scope mounting rib, the hold open notch on the inner left side wall and the pre-June 1975 barrel designed for the integral ramp front sight and magazine tube band. The receiver is the only part on the model 99C rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.  (file photos)
