This Marlin manufactured barreled receiver is for the model 36-A-DL lever action rifle and is in very good condition retaining a decent amount of its original blue finish with the balance exhibiting a brownish gray patina and having light wear. The receiver does not have the serrated lines on the top nor does it have any scope mounting holes but does have the printing "Marlin Safety". The receiver is the only part on the model 36-A-DL rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.  (file photos)
