This Winchester manufactured early variation barrel band with 1 1/4" swivel bow is for the model 1885 single shot Musket in 22 rimfire caliber that requires the band spring recessed into the right side of the forearm instead of the screw that goes through the forearm like on the later variations. This barrel band is in very good condition exhibiting a brownish gray patina with light wear. (file photo)
