This Winchester manufactured barreled receiver with breech bolt stop is for the model 57 bolt action rimfire Target rifle and is in very good condition exhibiting a brown patina overall with a film of older surface rust specks and strong original blue finish in protected areas. The barrel is for 22 LR caliber and all printing is clear and fully legible. The receiver is the only part on the model 57 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.
