This Williams Gun Sight Company manufactured FP-Target series high profile receiver peep sight is for the Remington model 540 X bolt action rimfire rifle when using a globe style front sight. This sight has the 1" eye cup, target adjustment knobs and is in new condition overall. This style receiver peep sight is designed to attach to the Williams manufactured receiver sight base with its one large mounting screw. The receiver sight base is sold separately.  (file photo)
