This Marlin manufactured late variation receiver features the scope mounting groove and is for the model 80 bolt action rimfire rifle. The overall condition is near excellent with light wear. This is the only part on the model 80 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.
