Here is a cute little Stevens style Ranger marked double shotgun in 410 bore with 2 1/2" chambers and choked full and full. The barrels measure 26" long and the bores are bright and rate excellent except for a small ding which is noticeable on the inside about half way down on the left barrel. The barrels retain 96% original blue finish with the loss due to honest wear and primarily at the muzzles. The receiver is stamped "PAT APRIL 20, 1915" on the left side flat and it exhibits a pleasing grayish soft brown patina with perhaps 30% strong original case colors remaining. The checkered pistol grip walnut butt stock and forearm rate very good with a couple dings and about 80% original varnish finish remaining. A Pachmayr White Line vented brown rubber recoil pad has been added giving a 14 1/4" length of pull. Mechanically, this shotgun functions fine. A nice little 410 double overall.  (see photos)
