Here is a very nice Smith & Wesson (Pre-Model 35) 1953 22/32 Target double action revolver in 22 LR caliber with a 6" pinned barrel having a bright, excellent bore. This revolver has serial #23706 and was manufactured between 1955 and 1957. The metal surfaces on this 3 screw flat latch revolver retain 93-95 % original blue finish with the loss located on the high edges. The hammer and trigger retain most of their strong original color case hardened colors. The checkered square butt style service walnut grips with factory medallions and diamonds around the escutcheons are numbered to the revolver and rate very good to near excellent with light dings and handling marks. This revolver features a fully adjustable rear sight and patridge style front sight. Mechanically, the revolver functions perfectly. An attractive looking 60 plus year old revolver that would be great as an investment or for shooting. {C&R}  (see photos)
