Here is an extremely high quality custom manufactured Winchester model 52 Sporter bolt action rifle in 22 LR caliber with a 24" long 1930 dated factory stainless steel barrel having a bright, excellent bore. The serial number is 19233 indicating a production date of circa 1931. The metal surfaces retain 99% of a quality hot imersion blue finish with minimal loss on the bolt body. The checkered pistol grip semi-fancy walnut stock features a forearm tip of horn and an ebony grip cap. The stock rates excellent overall. Features consist of a banded front sight boss with Lyman blade, Lyman receiver peep sight, barrel mounted plug screws for optional scope mounting blocks (blocks not included), quick detachable sling swivel studs and the expected checkered factory steel butt plate with widow's peak. Mechanically, this rifle functions flawlessly. There are no indicators as to who did the work on this rifle but they are truely a highly talented craftsman. A fine sporting rimfire rifle for the distinguished gentleman.  (see photos)
