This Western Cartridge Co. manufactured yellow, blue and red cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Xpert 40 grain 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and lead greased bullets and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear. The product code "K1264R" is printed on the front panel. The bottom of the box displays "Made in U. S. A." in the upper right corner and the ownership line "WESTERN CARTRIDGE CO., East Alton, Ill., U. S. A.". The end flap warning reads "CAUTION! / Dangerous within / 1 Mile" and both end flaps state "GREASED / LEAD BULLET". The brass casings display the "2-1" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1937 and was produced until 1946.
