Anschutz Model 1422 Sporter Bolt Action Rifle in 22 LR
Here is a very nice Anschutz model 1422 Sporter bolt action rifle in 22 LR caliber with a 24" long barrel having a bright, excellent bore. This West German manufactured rifle has serial number 1228175 and the metal surfaces retain 99% of their original blue finish. The metal trigger guard has more of a plumb reddish brown finish. The capped and checkered pistol grip European Walnut stock with factory sling swivel studs rates near excellent with a few light scratches and handling marks. The barrel supports a ramp front sight with hood and a folding leaf rear sight. The grooved receiver supports two Weaver scope mounting bases. One original five round magazine is included. Mechanically, this rifle functions perfectly. The only thing this rifle is lacking is the box and instructions.
