C-I-L Canuck Box of 22 LR Ammunition
This Canadian Industries Limited manufactured 2 7/16" x 1 1/4" x 1 1/8" tall yellow, blue and red cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Canuck standard velocity 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and greased bullets and is in very good condition with light wear, dirt smudges, and a few wrinkled corners. This box features a yellow, plastic ammo tray. The brass casings display the "D-5" headstamp and the grease on the bullets has solidified and turned white with age. (file photos)
Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in late 1962 or early 1963 and was produced until 1976.
Note: This box is the Huegel # CIL-6 LR-5 variation.
