Paul Jaeger Custom FN Mauser Rifle in 22-250
Here is a Paul Jaeger custom FN mauser bolt action repeating rifle in 22-250 Rem caliber with a 26" medium weight target barrel with a bright, excellent bore. The metal surfaces retain 99% of a hot immersion blue finish with a spot of pitting and blue loss on the metal pistol grip cap. The checkered pistol grip Monte Carlo style walnut stock with shadow line cheek rest and Pachmayr thin brown recoil pad rates excellent. The receiver supports a J. Unertl 10x43mm fixed power target scope with a cross hair reticle and excellent optics. This scope is attached by Buehler rings and a one piece base. The scope has Butler Creek lens covers and the bolt assembly is equipped with a low profile safety. A trigger shoe is present as well. Mechanically, this rifle functions perfectly. A quality custom built target rifle with period high quality optics.
