This Springfield Armory manufactured two notch tumbler is for the model 1873 trapdoor rifle and carbine and is in very good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with light wear. The stirrup and stirup pin are sold separately.  (file photo)

 Note: The two notch tumbler was found on model 1873 trapdoor carbines with a serial number below 20,000 and the 1873 trapdoor rifle with a serial number below circa 78,000.
