This Hamilton & Son manufactured stamped sheet metal butt plate is for the No. 027 single shot rimfire rifle and is in good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with scattered spots of older rust. This butt plate fits the round side stock that measures 1.150" at its widest point and has a gradual taper. (file photo)
