This Remington manufactured first variation aluminum butt plate with serrated horizontal lines is for the early model 740 Woodsmaster semi-auto rifle in the A grade and is in very good condition with light wear. This butt plate measures 4 5/8" tall by 1 5/8" wide or larger and may need to be filed down some to fit your butt stock properly.  (file photo)
