This Remington manufactured checkered round knob pistol grip walnut buttstock is for the model 1889 hammer double shotgun and is in very good condition with light dings, handling marks and a few short (sound) cracks present. This stock may have been lightly sanded and nicely refinished some time ago. (file photos)
