This Remington manufactured barreled receiver is for the model 33 bolt action rimfire rifle and is in very good condition exhibiting a mixture of thinning original blue finish with a brown patina and possibly having some specks of surface rust and light wear. The receiver is the only part on the model 33 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. This assembly consists of the 24" long barrel in 22 S, L & LR caliber, receiver and the takedown screw bushing. (file photos)
