This Remington manufactured barreled receiver is for the late model 581 bolt action rimfire rifle with the larger ejection port hole and scope mounting groove on the receiver and is in near excellent condition with light wear. The receiver is the only part on the model 581 rimfire rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through an FFL dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. (file photos)
