This Remington manufactured late variation barreled receiver is for the model 41-P Targetmaster bolt action rimfire rifle which uses the peep sight (sold separately) and is in very good condition exhibiting a mixture of thinning original blue finish with a brown patina and having light wear and possible a few specks of surface rust. The only difference between the late variation and the early variation is the barrel markings. In this variation the word "Targetmaster" is shaped like a bow tie. The receiver is the only part on the model 41-P Targetmaster rimfire rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through an FFL dealer.
