This Remington manufactured green, red and white cardboard box with the red ball design contains all 50 rounds of Kleanbore Model 16 22 Remington Autoloading ammunition with brass cases and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear and a few dents to the top. This box displays the semi circle thumb cut on the left end of the box and the product code "7422" is printed on the right end of the top of the box. The brass casings display the "U-3" headstamp and have a couple of spots of tarnish present.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1946 and was produced until 1962.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # REM-12 RA-1(b) variation. The differences observed are that this box displays the thumb cut on the left end of the box and the side of the box does not match Huegel's example photo. The cartridge casings are made of brass.
