This Remington manufactured green, red and off-white cardboard box with the dog bone design contains all 50 rounds of Kleanbore Hi-Speed Silvadry 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and hollow point bullets is in very poor condition with moderate wear. All edges except the lower back one are either completely split or mostly split. The left end flap is detached but present and the right end flap is missing completely. The cardboard ammo tray is splitting along four seams. "REG. U.S. PAT. OFF." is printed inside the dogbone logo. The product code "R23S" is printed on the top panel. The front panel displays nine lines of information. The back panel displays eight lines of information divided into two paragraphs. The red ball logo with REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. underneath is printed on the bottom of the box as well as the patent number 1,443,328. A factory rubber stamped set of numbers/letters are present on the bottom panel. The outer top portion of the end flap reads "H. P." and the inside of the flap displays ten lines of red printing running horizontally. The last line reads "other than KLEANBORE". A thumb cut is present on the right end of the box. The brass casings display the "U-3" headstamp and have spots of tarnish present. A tarnish is present on the bullets as well.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1931 and was produced until 1936.

Note: This box is the Huegel # REM-7.5 LR-3(a) variation. This box displays the "XII" back panel, "AA" bottom, # 7 & 11 end flap, and "R23S" product code. The front panel does not match any of Huegel's examples. The dogbone logo contains "REG. U.S. PAT. OFF.".
