This Remington manufactured red and off-white cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Palma Match 22 LR ammunition with copper cases and is in very good condition with light shelf wear. The left end flap is attached to the box by two strips of tape affixed to the  inside and the right end flap is detached, but present. A semi-circle thumb cut is present on the left end and the product code "R54PM" is printed on the right end of the top panel. The bottom of the box displays the guarantee in English and Spanish. A factory rubber stamped set of numbers/letters is present on the bottom panel. There is NO warning printed on the end flaps. The copper casings display the "U-3" headstamp and have a light tarnish present. This box contains two different style cartridges. Nine cartridges display 3K and 1S in the bullets, do not have a cannelure in the case, and appear to be correct. Forty-one cartridges display 3K in the bullets and a cannelure in the case. They do not appear to be correct to this box.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced circa 1934 and was produced until 1939.

Note: This box is the Huegel # REM-52 LR-5(a) variation. This box displays the "B" style bottom, left hand thumb cut, and NO end flap warning.
