This Remington manufactured third variation 23" long (25" long overall) pre-grade alloy barrel with the buckskin tan finish is for the early model 572 Fieldmaster slide action rimfire rifle which uses the open leaf rear sight and dovetail mounted front sight (sold separately). This barrel is designed for the separate ejector, late variation forend hanger and cartridge ramp. The overall condition is very good retaining most of its thinning original buckskin tan finish with some areas of fading and light wear. (file photos)
