This Remington manufactured early variation barreled receiver with A grade barrel in 22 Short, Long, & Long Rifle caliber is for the model 511-P Scoremaster bolt action rimfire rifle designed for the rear peep sight assembly (sold seperately) and is in very good condition exhibiting a brown patina with some original blue finish in protected areas and a few scattered specks of light surface rust. The bore is bright and rates excellent.  This is the only part on the model 511-P Scoremaster rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. The reciever has 2 holes drilled by the factory on the left hand side to accept the peep sight assembly. (file photos)
