This Remington manufactured red, green and white chicklet cardboard box contains all 28 rounds of Rocket 22 Short ammunition with brass cases and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear. This box is sealed in a piece of plastic using three pieces of clear tape affixed to the back side. The red sealing band is missing. The product code "NO. 1222" is printed on the front and back panels. The brass casings display the "HI-16" headstamp.  (file photos)

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced circa 1955 and was produced until circa 1960.
