This Federal Cartridge Corporation / Sears, Roebuck & Co. manufactured red, white and black cardboard box with sunburst style logo contains all 50 rounds of high velocity 22 Short ammunition with brass cases and copper plated bullets and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear. The product code 6 340 is printed on the top panel and both end flaps. The brass casings display the "XR-2" headstamp and have a few specks of light tarnish present.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1962.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # S-1 variation. The difference observed is that the brass casings display the "XR-2" headstamp.
