This Ruger manufactured second variation 7 1/2" long barrel sub-assembly is for the old model 3 screw Super Blackhawk single action revolver and is in very good condition retaining the majority of its original blue finish with some thinning from holster wear and honest use. The bore is bright and rates excellent. This barrel sub-assembly has the front sight and is designed for the ejector housing stud but the stud is missing.

Markings: This barrel has the intermediate markings before the company became Incorporated but after the first variation because the circular Phoenix logo is present to the right of the printing: Sturm, Ruger & Co. / Southport, Conn. U.S.A.
