This Colt manufactured straight grip walnut butt stock with butt plate is for the small frame Lightning slide action rimfire rifle and other than the damage it is in very good condition with light dings and handling marks. The damage consists of a very small chip missing along the right side of the tang at the forward most section and the toe additionally has a small chip missing that includes the butt plate. The toe section has been either worn down over time or a previous owner sanded it down decades ago. The straight slot butt plate screws are not original to the stock.
