This Colt manufactured barreled receiver without the trigger guard is for the small frame Lightning slide action rimfire rifle and is in very good condition retaining 65-70% original blue finish with some scattered specks of older rust and the balance as a brown patina. A second dovetail has been added at the muzzle end of the barrel. The serial number on this receiver indicates that this is a modern firearm produced after December 31st, 1898 therefore it will have to be shipped to a licensed dealer.
