This Winchester-Western Division manufactured white, red and blue cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of T22 Target 40 grain standard velocity 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear. The 1978 style child warning is printed along the bottom edge of the top of the box and is surrounded by a rectangle. Each end flap displays the 1 1/2 mile range warning and a code consisting of numbers and letters. The brass casings display the "W-3" headstamp.  (file photos)

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced circa 1978.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WCC-53B LR-2(c) variation. The difference observed is the printing on this box is in blue ink as opposed to black. This box displays 2 small blue stripes that run from one side to another. The position of the blue stripes as well as which panels they are located on varies. This box uses the # 3 & 4 style end flaps.
