This Winchester-Western manufactured white cardboard box with black printing contains 45 of the original 50 rounds of 22 WMR ammunition with brass cases and white cardboard top wads and is in very good condition with light shelf wear and some old price sticker stains on the top of the box. A small piece of the top layer of paper is missing from the top of the box, likely due to the removal of an old price sticker. The top of the box is factory rubber stamped "No 12 SHOT" just under the words "22 WMR SHOT". The only printing on the box is on the top and front panels. The cardboard ammo tray is factory rubber stamped "EXPERIMENTAL / USE ONLY" on two sides and the brass casings display the "SU-1" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was likely produced around the 1960's.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WW-3 WMR-4 variation. The difference observed is that the box reads "No 12 SHOT" instead of "No 11 SHOT".
