This Montgomery Ward / Federal Cartridge Corporation manufactured red (burnt orange), white, and black cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Cleanfire Long Range 22 Long ammunition with brass cases and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear and light fading. The top panel displays "LONG RANGE" underneath "WARDS" and "LONG RANGE · LEAD LUBRICATED" across the bottom edge. A semi-circle thumb cut is present at the right end of the box. The product code "60-1042" is printed on both end flaps. The inside of each end flap displays a warning that ends with "DANGEROUS WITHIN / ONE MILE". The brass casings display the "EP-1" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This box was introduced in the mid 1930's and was produced until the early 1950's.
