This Montgomery Ward Co. / Federal Cartridge Corporation manufactured red cardboard box contains 17 of the original 50 rounds of Staclean 22 Short ammunition with copper cases and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear and a split in the colorful layer of paper across the top, right end flap hinge. A semi-circle thumb cut is present at the right end of the box. The product code "60-1005" is printed on the right end flap. The copper casings display the "MW-1" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This box was produced circa early to mid 1930's.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # MW-2 S-1 variation. The difference observed is that the product code 60-1005 is only printed on the right end flap of this box.
