This Marlin manufactured 23 3/8" long full length magazine tube is for the model 1888 lever action rifle having a 24" long barrel and in 38-40 or 44-40 caliber. This magazine tube is in very good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with light wear and scattered specks of pin prick pitting. (file photos)
