This Marlin manufactured second variation barreled receiver is for the intermediate Golden 39A Mountie lever action rimfire rifle and is in very good condition retaining most of its original blue finish with scattered spots of older rust and light wear. The receiver is the only part on the Golden 39A Mountie rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.  (file photos)
