This Savage manufactured early variation bolt sleeve and handle without the raised locking stud on the left side and with the pin hole below the handle is for the earlier Sporter model 23A bolt action rimfire rifle and is in very good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with some scattered surface rust.
