This Winchester Repeating Arms Co. manufactured yellow, blue and red cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Super Speed 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and Kopperklad bullets and is in very good condition with light wear, dirt smudges, a few small wrinkles, and a 1/8" tear in the left end flap. A small thumb cut is present at each end of the box. The front panel displays two patent numbers and the ownership lines "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. / DIVISION OF WESTERN CARTRIDGE COMPANY". The end flap warning reads "RANGE 1 MILE / BE CAREFUL". The brass casings display the "H-10" headstamp and have a light tarnish present. The bullets display a light oxidation.  (file photos)

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1939 and was produced until 1945.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WRA-15 LR-1(b) variation. The difference observed is that this box displays brass casings. This box displays two patent numbers on the front panel and the "RANGE 1 MILE / BE CAREFUL" end flap warning.
