This Winchester manufactured Third model receiver is for the model 1890 slide action rimfire rifle in either 22 Short or Long caliber and is in very good condition exhibiting a brownish gray patina and light surface rust staining. All printing is clear and fully legible. The receiver is the only part on the model 1890 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.
