This Winchester Repeating Arms Co. manufactured two piece, full cover factory sealed cardboard box with a green top label and a red and yellow wrap around side label contains all 50 rounds of Smokeless 22 Long ammunition with copper cases and is in rough condition with aggressive wear, a 1" tear on the back half of the top of the box, and splits up both corner seams of the right end of the box top. The top label displays the codes 16 and 9-15. The front panel side label displays the code 108-9-15 and the dot date code and the back panel side label reads "50 .22 LONG / SMOKELESS / TARGET CARTRIDGES / GREASELESS BULLETS". The label on the left end flap displays the Winchester sunburst logo and the right end flap label displays the patent information reading "Trade Marks Reg. U.S. Pat. / Off. and Throughout the World.". One side of the factory sealing band on the bottom of the box is sealed and the other side is split. The split band does not allow the box to be opened or allow access to the cartridges. The copper casings display the "H-10" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced circa 1915 and was produced until circa 1920.
