This Winchester Repeating Arms Co. manufactured yellow, blue and red cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Super Speed 22 Short ammunition with nickel cases and Kopperklad bullets and is in very good condition with light wear, dirt smudges, and a wrinkled corner, likely due to being dropped. A small thumb cut is present at each end of the box. The front panel displays two patent numbers, the ownership lines "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. / DIVISION OF WESTERN CARTRIDGE COMPANY", and the address line "NEW HAVEN, CONN., U.S.A.". The end flap warning reads "CAUTION! / Dangerous within / 1 Mile". The nickel casings display the "H-10" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1939 and was produced until 1945.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WRA-15 S-1(b) variation. The difference observed is that this box displays a small thumb cut at each end of the box.
