This Winchester Repeating Arms Co. manufactured blue, white and red cardboard box with the unshaded (white) shield design contains all 50 rounds of Staynless 22 Automatic ammunition with copper cases and kopper klad bullets and is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear. This box displays a thumb cut on the right end of the box. "TRADE MARK  MADE IN U. S. A." is printed underneath "WINCHESTER" on the top panel. "MADE IN U.S.A." and the product code "K 2279 R" are printed at the end of the paragraph on the back panel. The bottom panel states "MADE IN U. S. A." and the outside of the end flaps read "CAUTION! / Dangerous within / 1 Mile". The copper casings display the "H-10" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1929 and was produced until circa 1938.

Note: This box is the Huegel # WRA-12.5 WA-2B(c) variation. This box displays the unshaded (white) shield design and 1 Mile distance warning on the outside of the end flaps.
