This Winchester manufactured receiver is for the model 55 single shot semi-auto rimfire rifle and is in very good condition exhibiting a mixture of original blue finish blending with a brownish gray patina having light wear. This is the only part on the model 55 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.
