This Winchester Repeating Arms Co. manufactured two piece, full top, cardboard box with green and yellow partial wrap around label contains all 50 rounds of 22 Long ammunition with Lesmok powder and copper cases and is in near excellent condition with light wear. The top label displays the words "TRADE MARK" underneath Winchester and "STETSON'S / PATENT / Oct. 31st, 1871". "LESMOK RIFLE CARTRIDGES" is printed underneath the depiction of a cartridge. Both ends of the box state "WINCHESTER MAKE". The bottom label displays the guarantee, the company name, and the label codes 2526 and 7-20 on the left and the dot punched date code on the right. The copper casings display the "H-10" headstamp and have a light coating of tarnish present. The lubrication on the bullets has turned white with age.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1923 and was produced until circa 1927.

Note: This box is the Huegel # WRA-10 L-5(a) variation. This box displays "WINCHESTER MAKE" on both ends instead of a product code.
