This Smith & Wesson manufactured second variation left hand side grip screw escutcheon is unthreaded and supports the head of the grip screw and is for the model 15 double action revolver and is in very good condition with light wear. The second variation escutcheon measures .170" tall and was manufactured in the 1970's and 1980"s. (file photo)
