This Smith & Wesson manufactured first variation left hand side grip screw escutcheon is unthreaded and supports the head of the grip screw and is for the model 15 double action revolver and is in very good condition with light wear. The first variation escutcheon measures .245" tall and was manufactured in the 1950's and 1960"s. (file photo)
