This Smith & Wesson manufactured first variation right hand side grip screw escutcheon is threaded and supports the threaded section of the grip screw, is for the model 15 double action revolver and is in very good condition with light wear. The first variation grip screw escutcheon measures .245" tall and was manufactured in the 1950's and 1960's.  (file photo)
