This Smith & Wesson manufactured checkered target style wood grip panels with the cut out for speed loaders and factory medallions are for the model 686 double action revolver with a square butt grip frame and are in very good condition with light dings and handling marks. The mounting screw is sold separately. The grips may have been refinished by a previous owner. (file photo)
