This Western Cartridge Co. manufactured buff, blue, yellow and red cardboard box with the circular bullseye target contains all 50 rounds of 22 Short blank cartridges with copper cases and buff wads and is in very good condition with light shelf wear and dirt smudging. The top panel displays the ownership lines "Western Cartridge Co. / Division of / OLIN INDUSTRIES, INC.". Both side panels read "THE LOUDEST YET" and the right side also display the product code "K1203R". The bottom of the box states "Made in U.S.A.". The copper casings display the "2-1" headstamp and have a tarnish present.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1945 and was produced until 1947.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WCC-5 S-1 variation. The differences observed are that this box displays blue printing as opposed to black and buff wads instead of white.
